Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of an off-site follow up survey completed November 10, 2022, Community Resources for Independence-Somerset was found to have corrected the deficiencies cited under the requirements PA Code, Title 28, Health and Safety, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart A, Chapter 51. The deficiencies were cited as a result of an onsite unannounced state re-licensure survey conducted on August 30, 2022.
